Fascia is the networking matrix that communicates through the whole body.  When the fascia is hydrated and supple, it functions well.  When it is not hydrated or supple, you will find muscle function, posture and coordination is compromised. Drinking water – ideally demineralised water, and doing daily stretches (see Spearritt Bowen Therapy for a simple regime of stretches) can keep the fascia working to its optimum.
